How can we help?

Two sides to every court: the player booking it and the facility running it. Find your side below.

01

For players

Booking, paying, checking in, and getting your money back when a plan changes.

01How do I book a court?
Search for a court near you, pick a time, and check out. You pay online or settle at the desk, and you’re confirmed on the spot — the court is yours and off-sale to everyone else.
02Is my card charged straight away?
It depends on the facility. Some collect the full amount online, some take a deposit, and some let you pay in full at the venue. Your confirmation shows exactly what was collected. Either way, a confirmed booking means the court is held for you.
03I need a refund, or something about my booking is wrong.
Your payment went straight into the facility’s own account — they are the ones who can refund it. Contact the venue directly and they’ll sort it out. ArkiLaro never holds your money, so we can’t move it on their behalf. If you can’t reach them, let us know and we’ll help you get in touch.
04How do I reschedule or cancel?
Open your dashboard, go to Bookings, and choose the booking. Rescheduling carries what you paid across to the new time. Some facilities don’t allow online rescheduling — where that’s the case, you’ll be pointed to contact the venue.
05How do I check in when I arrive?
Every booking comes with a short reference code, shown as text and a QR code on your confirmation. Show it to the front desk and they’ll check you in.
06Do you charge players a fee?
No account fees and no membership. You pay the court’s price to the facility. ArkiLaro charges the venue separately for the software — that part never touches you.
02

For facility owners

Listing your venue, getting checked, what it costs, and where the money goes.

01How do I list my facility?
Start onboarding, add your courts, opening hours, and pricing, and your front desk is live within minutes — you can take walk-ins and manage the calendar right away.
02When can players find and book me online?
Once your facility has been checked and your payment account is connected. Until then, everything that costs us nothing to allow still works — courts, schedules, blocks, check-in, and walk-ins. Being checked is what opens online checkout and the discovery map.
03What does “checked” mean?
It’s our confirmation that your facility is a real place, at the address and pin you gave, run by the people listing it. There’s nothing to apply for — every new facility is in the queue from the moment it’s created, and being checked turns on online selling and discovery.
04What does ArkiLaro cost?
A platform fee — a percentage of each booking the software produced — invoiced monthly, after the fact. Walk-ins and pay-at-venue bookings count too, because the value is stopping the court being sold twice, not the payment. There’s no base fee: a month with no bookings owes nothing.
05Where does the money from bookings go?
Into your own connected payment account. You’re the merchant of record, and ArkiLaro cannot move your money — which is also why refunds to your customers come from you, not from us.
06Can my staff run the desk without full access?
Yes. One person holds the admin membership; everyone else is staff with scoped permissions — front-desk check-in, walk-ins, schedules — so you can hand out exactly the powers each role needs.

For anything about a specific booking — a refund, a change, a no-show — the facility is who can act on it, so reach them first. For anything about ArkiLaro itself, we're here.
